- Free Ground Shipping: Orders over $300 qualify for free ground shipping.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing.
- Delivery Time: Standard ground shipping usually takes 5–7 business days once your order has been processed. Please note that shipping time does not include processing time.
- Expedited Shipping: You may choose expedited shipping at checkout for an additional fee. While we make every effort to process expedited orders quickly, they may still require up to 3 business days for processing.
- Delivery Address: To ensure the protection of our customers, Crown Jewelers ships exclusively to the billing address linked to the credit card used for the purchase.
- Signature: Please note that an adult signature may be required at the time of delivery.
