If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days from the delivery date. To do so, you must first request and obtain a Return Authorization from Crown Jewelers.
Important Guidelines:
A valid Return Authorization is required; returns without one, or with an expired authorization, will not be accepted.
Please allow 48 hours to process the return authorization request.
Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds or credits will be issued once the merchandise is received and inspected, minus shipping, handling, and any alteration fees.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and include all documents, certificates, and accessories.
Merchandise that is damaged, altered, used, or customized will not be eligible for return, refund, or credit.
Customers must insure the return package for the full value of the product.
Please Note:
Customized jewelry cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders must be cancelled prior to alteration and/or shipment. Cancellations made after this stage may incur a fee to recover associated alteration and shipping costs.
