If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days from the delivery date. To do so, you must first request and obtain a Return Authorization from Crown Jewelers.

Important Guidelines:

• Items must be received by Crown Jewelers within 30 days of the order delivery.
• Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of the order delivery date.
• A valid Return Authorization is required; returns without one, or with an expired authorization, will not be accepted.
• Refunds or credits will be issued once the merchandise is received and inspected, minus shipping, handling, and any alteration fees.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging and include all documents, certificates, and accessories.
• Merchandise that is damaged, altered, used, or customized will not be eligible for return, refund, or credit.
• Customers must insure the return package for the full value of the product.

• Customized jewelry cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders must be cancelled prior to alteration and/or shipment. Cancellations made after this stage may incur a fee to recover associated alteration and shipping costs.
